The Qubit 4 fluorometer utilizes selectively-binding dyes to accurately measure low concentrations of RNA, DNA and protein. The instrument is simple to use and takes only minutes to run. Readings can be obtained with as little as 0.5 ng of RNA or 0.1 ng of DNA, depending on the assay used.
Further information on the Qubit 4 may be found at the supplier’s website.
